1. In your discussion yesterday, ethical concerns must have arisen over the issue of stem cell research.
Diverse viewpoints would have been raised by individuals with different backgrounds, religions, values, race or creed.
2. Besides stem cell research, there might be dilemmas surrounding other aspects of science -
cryonics
cloning
organ transplant (and sales)
genetically modified food
robot rights and protection
life sciences
nanotechnology
other areas of your own interest
3. Select any ONE of the above topics and explain clearly what the dilemmas might be. You may identify representatives
of various interest groups in order to present a range of opinions. Credit will be given to those who are able to cite reliable
sources and/or relevant spokesmen for illustration/ support.

Edwin: I feel that the work assigned is just nice for today's lesson. However I feel that for the posting of discussions, we should be allowed to edit our responses after we have submitted them (there are some minor typo errors that I noticed only after clicking the submit button).
Keith: I felt that the work was just right. It wasn't too hard and didn't took too long to do. I feel that we could have more interactive activites such as discussions with our classmates (like the third lesson) as it will make our lessons more interesting.
